| Linda Lee started her singing career over 16 years ago singing on church worship teams. 12 years ago she was asked to be a part of a local gospel group as their lead vocalist. Later, Linda also joined up with a Ladies Quartet for 4 years and displayed her talents and high energy as their lead vocalist. 8 years ago God summoned and Linda literally took "A Step of Faith" and started performing solo concerts. |
| Since her solo calling, Linda ministers through song at local churches, women's events, weddings, women's prison, regular concerts and other public venues. She has opened and performed on stage with The Isaacs, a top nationally known touring bluegrass gospel group and also with Legacy Five, one of the top touring Southern Gospel Quartets. Linda has also performed at The National Quartet Convention in Louisville Kentucky and the WSGMA Spring Sing in California.
The desire of Linda's heart is to be a servant of Christ. Linda's unique voice, expressive heart, and contagious spirit have touched many using the message of the gospel through song. Each of Linda's own two full length CD's "A Step of Faith" and "Promises" are sung with conviction that is both uplifting and inspiring to all. "My mission is to lift up our Lord and Savior so that others can be drawn to him. If I do anything less than that, I'm just an entertainer or performer. I strive to be more than that. Obviously a certain portion of what I do is considered performing; however, hopefully as people listen, more importantly they are being ministered to, as well. When Linda sings, hearts soar on the wings of faith, hope and worship." With a heart and smile as big as her voice, Linda brings heaven's hope to human hearts in a very special way. Her gift is the ability to communicate the gospel with the power of voice and spirit. Renown and respect are not always coupled to describe one person, but for this singer of songs, every year brings a wider circle of renown and a deeper sense of respect for the gifts of God resident in her and radiating from her. Linda's top priority in a concert is to present the gospel to the listener in song and testimony. Her professionalism and pursuit of excellence is only superseded by her ability to connect with an audience through the message of God's love, grace, and forgiveness. Although Linda is involved in many other projects and continues to keep a busy traveling schedule, she enjoys attending Pathways Community Church in her hometown of Santee, California when her schedule permits. |
